The space and the position

I understand it is off season but the lack of a coffee shop type restaurant that had extended hours serving lighter foods

The room was huge, clean and filled with everything you will ever need.

The corridors are awful and there is a irritating entrance system where you need to use your roomcard way to much.

Relaxing room fully equipped with a nice ocean view and beautiful decor. Super convenient location really close to the Pier 🌊.

The room was very spacious, the pool was inviting, the atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were very helpful.

The height of the cupboards in the kitchen were too high. There was only 1 champagne glass.

the relaxing environment at your resort. Perfect for what we were looking for.

it was dissapointing to go out for a romantic/intimate dinner at your restraunt and find it was more like a public bar on a friday night.

The room was a good size and fully functional, with a fully furnished kitchen. the location was marvelous, in a quiet area close to the boardwalk, harbor, and pier, with free parking. the Urangan district was a great place to stay.

The convienience of having everything handy to where we stayed.

The positives include unbeatable and comfortable location and parking on site. The hotel provides coffee and muesli for breakfast, the food is good!

I enjoyed the spacious premier apartment with a great setup and a central location just minutes away from the Pier.

The venue is fairly clean and huge, views are exceptional, the location is marvellous and fab really close to restaurants, parks, beaches and walkways as well as Shopping Plaza, gas station and main food shops.

The bed in the top apartment was super comfy, and there's also a balcony, a nice kitchen, and a cozy lounge area to hang out. the pool here is amazing, and they offer on-site parking too. Check-in was quick and efficient. 🌟

The resort pools, the room layout. Reception staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The fact that you had to use your security keycard to gain access to virtually everywhere. The rooms were never vacuumed and the cleaners generally did a shabby job including not replacing all towels and not disposing the garbage regularly from the kitchen area. Room service was also done at inconvenient times usually mid afternoon.

Marvellous location in Harvey bay, and 15 minute walk from Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens. Based near the Bayswater brasserie and Salt restaurant and handy to shops and eateries. Great to have an attached restaurant for our dinner.
